With package forwarding you get a Hungarian shipping address — the Shipify warehouse in Budapest — where the store or seller delivers; we receive it, consolidate several packages on request, and forward the shipment anywhere in the world. This lets you shop from stores that only deliver within Hungary.

After registration, you immediately receive your own Hungarian shipping address and unique ID. You can use this address when ordering from any Hungarian online store or seller.

Incoming packages are typically logged in our system on the day they arrive. You receive an instant notification and can choose the forwarding details on the dashboard.

We can forward packages to almost anywhere in the world. We ship both within and outside Europe — from North America to Asia and Australia. For specific destinations, please contact our support team.

Shipments leave our Budapest warehouse on the Packeta network, and a partner courier handles the final delivery in your country — most often FedEx, GLS, DPD or UPS, and the national post in some destinations. Which one depends on the country and the size of the shipment; you get the exact courier and the tracking number in the panel and by email once the parcel is dispatched.

Yes, this is one of our most popular services. If you have multiple packages, you can combine them into a single shipment, significantly reducing international shipping costs.

Yes, we don't only accept packages from online stores. If someone sends you a package as a private sender to the designated Hungarian address, we receive and forward it the same way.

With package inspection, we open your package, check the contents, and take photos. This way, you can confirm everything arrived in order before forwarding.

If a package arrives with visible damage, we document it and notify you immediately. We prepare photo documentation that you can use when filing a claim with the seller or carrier.

The maximum weight per package is 31.5 kg, the longest side can be up to 175 cm, and the girth (length + 2 × width + 2 × height) can be up to 300 cm. The forwarding request for a larger parcel waits for an individual quote, and nothing is charged until you accept it; a parcel longer than 150 cm carries the handling surcharge couriers charge for it, passed on per package.

Yes, we send an immediate email notification for every incoming package. You can track the package status from arrival to forwarding in our system.

You top up your Shipify balance by card on the Stripe payment page, and forwarding costs are deducted from it. You see the exact amount before you approve a forwarding, and every top-up comes with an automatic electronic invoice.

The cost depends on the destination country, the weight and size of the package, and any extra services selected. You can calculate the estimated fee in advance using our calculator.
